Having grown up in Williamson County, there are certain landmarks that stand out as beacons of history–igniting a child’s imagination. We remember driving by Magnolia Hall as kids and wondering what dinnertime and holidays looked like within the walls of the historical mansion. We saw big family and community gatherings; neighbors living and working together; a community that celebrated each other’s wins and held one another up during times of loss. We imagined a time when people checked in and held one another accountable.

Now, with the opportunity to build homes on that very same property we admired as kids, we are fully embracing the world we imagined–choosing to bring to life the idea of homes designed around the human experience. Through the intimate and creative world of architecture and design, we look forward to being a part of a development focused on bringing history and modernity together in a way that respects and admires the past, lives in the present, and looks forward with curiosity and openness to the future.

Walkable communities are hard to come by, and Magnolia Hall has the potential to take us back to the days of spontaneity where walking to the grocery store, can lead to having a cup of coffee with new friends, or grabbing a beer with old ones. Again—it’s the idea of connecting the positive aspects of the past with the positive aspects of the present to create a beautiful future for generations to come.
