History
The Next Century of Magnolia Hall
In 1840 after a long journey from Ireland, the banker William S. Campbell built what has become known as “Magnolia Hall”. The beautiful example of Italianate architecture placed this important home on the National Register of Historic Places.
Like many grand and Historic structures around the country – the future of this important resource has been in question. Thankfully, because of the collective vision of our development team, caring and supportive neighbors, the Historic Zoning Commission, and the City of Franklin – we have been able to insure that this beautiful home and property will be saved as a residence for generations to come.
Our development plan creates 10 historically relevant homes that are beautiful in their own right but their scale and footprint doesn’t take away from the presence of this majestic Magnolia Hall.
One iconic home, 10 amazing new ones.
